Welcome to Passport to Beauty, a recruitment platform designed to connect beauty professionals ("Technicians") with clients in the beauty industry ("Clients"). By using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1.1. Finder’s Fee
The Client agrees to pay a Finder’s Fee of AED 3000 per Technician successfully placed by Passport to Beauty. This fee covers the cost of sourcing and matching a suitable Technician for the Client’s requirements.
1.2. Payment Upon Placement
The Finder’s Fee is payable upon the successful placement of a Technician with the Client. Payment is due immediately upon confirmation of the Technician's acceptance of the role.
1.3. Interview Requests
If the Client requests an in-person interview with the Technician before finalizing the placement, a Finder’s Fee of AED 3000 per position will be charged at that time, regardless of whether the placement is finalized.
2.1. Matching Process
Passport to Beauty will match Technicians based on the Client’s requirements. Should the Client find that a Technician does not meet their expectations, Passport to Beauty will provide additional candidates for consideration.
2.2. 90-Day Replacement Guarantee
If, for any reason, the Technician does not meet the Client's expectations within the first 90 days of placement, Passport to Beauty offers a 90-day replacement guarantee. Under this guarantee, Passport to Beauty will provide a replacement Technician at no additional cost to the Client.
2.3. Refund Policy
If Passport to Beauty is unable to find a suitable replacement Technician within the 90-day period, the Finder's Fee of AED 3000 will be refunded to the Client in full.
3.1. Accurate Information
The Client agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding their requirements for the Technician. Failure to provide such information may result in delays or unsatisfactory placements.
3.2. Payment Obligations
The Client acknowledges and agrees to the payment terms stated above. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.
All information shared between Passport to Beauty, the Client, and the Technician is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed to any third parties without prior consent.
Passport to Beauty reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or through an update on the website.
All content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and software, on the Website is owned by or licensed to "Passport to Beauty" and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or otherwise exploit any content on the Website without our express written consent.
